В Ялуторовске водитель осужден к 200 часам бесплатных работ за пьяную езду, совершенную повторно

Мировой судья судебного участка №1 г. Ялуторовска вынес приговор в отношении 23-летнего жителя села Хохлово Ялуторовского района Максима Князева. Он признан виновным в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ст. 264.1 УК РФ (управление автомобилем лицом, находящимся в состоянии опьянения, подвергнутым административному наказанию за управление транспортным средством в состоянии опьянения).
Как следует из материалов уголовного дела, в мае 2015 года Князев был подвергнут 10 суткам административного ареста за пьяную езду без водительских прав.
